Returns Policy

Our Refund Policy

When you buy from The Wiggles Store, we want you to be happy with your purchase. In addition to your statutory rights to return a faulty item, should you change your mind on a product you have purchased, we will happily provide a refund (minus shipping costs) providing the following conditions are met:

  1. The item and a copy of the invoice are returned to our distribution centre within 30 days of purchase and;
  2. The item has not been used and is in original condition as purchased (ie ‘as new’), including all packaging with original tags and labels attached.
  3. A Return Authorisation Number (RAN) has been requested and provided. See below on ‘How To Return An Item’
How To Return An Item

Provided the conditions in our Refund Policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.

You can return an item purchased online:

  • By emailing us at orders@thewigglestore.com.au confirming the part number of the item you wish to return, the invoice number it was purchased on and the reason for returning
  • We will respond within 24hrs confirming your Return Authorisation Number (RA#)
  • Please post the item back to us at our Online Store Returns address:

  • Make sure the invoice number, RA#, your name and email address, are included.
  • All returns remain the responsibility and property of the purchaser until received by The Wiggles Store .

Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (i.e. the goods are faulty/damaged or not as ordered). If no delivery charge was incurred by the customer due to ‘free shipping’ a $10 ‘cost of shipping’ fee will be deducted from the refund.

Our Faulty or Damaged Returns Policy

The Wiggles Store is committed to supplying quality products. If you believe you have a faulty or damaged product, please notify us as soon as it is apparent.

You can return a faulty or damaged product purchased online:

  • By emailing us at
  • orders@thewigglestore.com.au confirming the part number of the item you believe to be faulty or damaged, the invoice number it was purchased on and the fault or damage
  • We will respond within 24hrs confirming your Return Authorisation Number (RA#) with a prepaid postage label for you to return to our Returns Department 
  • Please post the item back to us at our Online Store Returns address:

  • Make sure the invoice number, RA#, your name and email address, are included
  • Once the product has been received, we will communicate our intention to repair or replace your product.
